The GP First Primary Care Network (PCN), consists of 18 Practices making up 4 PCNs (Stafford Town, Stafford South, Stone & Eccleshall and Seisdon). Representing 148K, the PCN will deliver enhanced patient access schemes across Stafford and Seisdon.
GP First will provide back office support and function (e.g. Finance, HR etc) to the 4 PCNs and their 18 constituent Practices, assist with contractual management and monitoring, facilitate Board Meetings and provide governance to all operations and transactions to ensure that they are both safe and efficient to deliver high quality care to their registered populations.
